What makes your program so different from other programs?
Lean Body Success understands that to be effective in making permanent changes, we need to alter the way we think about who we are and what we can do. This may sound quaint and you may be thinking, "Yeah I've tried that.", but altering our conscious and subconscious mind is something we do from the inside out. It's an entire paradigm shift not just positive thinking.
How do I measure my progress?
You will:
a) recognize your self defeating beliefs and thoughts
b) catch yourself responding to those mind-set patterns
c) stop those automatic thoughts and beliefs as they arise
d) replace them with the new mind-set
As this is repeated over and over, you will begin to see a shift where:
a) you will not notice the old tapes nearly as often
b) you will reframe former hindrances in the subconscious
c) new automatic thoughts and beliefs about who you are truly have changed
d) a new self-image appears
What is the Metabolism Speeding Method?
The Metabolism Speeding Method is a system in which we:
*Time the intake of food (post-exercise, pre-exercise, or resting status) to determine which percentage of foods you will be consuming
*Estimate the amount of sleep you need based on activity level and stress levels
*Estimate needed water intake
*Evaluate your individual supplemental needs to increase body efficiency
How do you balance hormones?
Your body is constantly fluctuating in its hormonal balance. Proper nutrition, the adequate amount of sleep, quiet time, and limitation of stress-inducing substances will help reduce these imbalances.
How are the Lean Body Mindset training sessions conducted?
Depending on the option you choose, your LBS Mindset Training sessions are done through email and through coaching calls. Your trainings are sent at the frequency of your plan. You will be given a Mindset Journey Questionnaire to turn in when you start the program and your plan will be created based on that.
What is the Personal Fuel Plan?
The Personal Fuel Plan is a balanced eating plan based on fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, and healthy complex carbohydrates. Your body type is determined and the percentages of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins are determined based on the result. This will also ultimately determine your daily caloric intake.
